How do I reset my password?

If you are using Mutuality App, please be aware that we use strict Zero-Knowledge encryption. This means we literally do not have your master password and cannot read your data. We cannot recover lost data if you lose your physical 12-word recovery phrase. Your vault is your responsibility.

How do I sync across devices?

Syncing happens automatically via your device's native secure enclave (Apple iCloud Keychain / Android Keystore). Ensure you are logged into the same account on both devices.

How can I delete my account?

You can request account deletion by visiting our Account Deletion page.
